Submission Requirements

Once approved, a weld test application for each candidate must be submitted and paid for prior to testing. Each application is subject to review and approval and may be delayed or denied depending on resources available.

All demand services are subject to an hourly rate per person plus all reasonable travel, meal and accommodation expenses incurred by the person(s) providing the service. All expenses will be billed after completion of the service.
