Coupon Information

All Pressure Welder Qualification Test fees include a TSASK coupon.

  • If you would rather bring your own coupon, please use the comment box below to indicate specification/grade, O.D. or nominal size and wall thickness (i.e. SA106B, 2-1/2" O.D, 5/8" w.t)
  • If you choose to provide your own coupon, MTR (Material Test Report) shall be provided to the Welding Examiner prior to the test.
    You may attach a copy to this application, or email weldertesting@tsask.ca. However, if it is not provided, the test coupon may not be accepted for use.
