Submission Requirements

The following information must be attached to your application:

A completed copy of the Evaluation for Elevating Device Mechanic Licence - New - Class A
A copy of your Saskatchewan Elevating Device Acts & Regulations Certificate
An Employer Declaration completed by each company listed above, where 8,000 experience hours were gained
A copy of your Certificate of Completion for any/all Apprenticeship Programs including:
- CET National Association of Elevator Constructors Certificate, or;
- CEICP - Canadian Elevator Industry Educational Program Certificate, or;
- CAT - Canadian Elevator Technician Education Program Certificate, or;
- Equivalent Course Certificate
Copies of any applicable Safety Training Course Certification
A completed copy of your Class A Skills Passport

Submission Requirements

A completed copy of the Evaluation for Elevating Device Mechanic Licence - New - Class B
A copy of your Saskatchewan Elevating Device Acts & Regulations Certificate
An Employer Declaration completed by each company listed above, where 4,000 experience hours were gained
A copy of your Certificate of Completion for any/all Apprenticeship Programs including:
- CET National Association of Elevator Constructors Certificate, or;
- CEICP - Canadian Elevator Industry Educational Program Certificate, or;
- CAT - Canadian Elevator Technician Education Program Certificate, or;
- Equivalent Course Certificate
Copies of any applicable Safety Training Course Certification
A completed copy of your Class B Skills Passport

Proof of at least 12 hours of continuing education as per Section 8 of the Elevating Device Mechanic Certification TSASK Information Paper (IP-ELE-2022-01)
