A document containing:
- Number of years the company has been engaged in the field as an elevator consultant in other jurisdictions;
- Number of years in which the company has provided elevator consulting services for installations in Saskatchewan; and
- List of employees, training and experience relating to the elevator industry safe work practices and procedures for accessing all elevator areas for the purpose of inspection and survey;

A document containing:
- Number of years the company has been engaged in providing interior elevator car alterations
- List of employees, training and experience
Proof of knowledge of flame spread as well as smoke development classifications as required by NBC, A17.1 CSA B44-2013

Please Note - All scope of work shall be limited to a maximum of 5% increase in the dead-weight and rated load of the car as originally installed, and all scope of work and documentation of materials must be submitted for approval prior to installation.
